Health Requirement


Students have to complete the UMP Health Examination Form attached with the offer letter. This is to certify that students are in good health condition to accept the offer and free from contagious/infectious diseases or illnesses that will adversely affect study. The university has the right to withdraw the offer or to terminate candidates from their study if they are found to suffer from or to be a carrier of such diseases, or to suffer from a medical condition requiring continuous medical care that will adversely affect their study at UMP.

International candidates who have one or more of the following illnesses/diseases are not recommended to register as a student at Universiti Malaysia Pahang:

1) HIV/AIDS
2) Hepatitis B
3) Tuberculosis
4) Malaria
5) Typhoid
6) Syphilis
7) Schizophrenia
8) Epilepsy
9) Dialysis
10) Cancer
11) Drugs
12) Hypertension
13) Diabetes mellitus
